On va bientôt fêter les 8 mois d’ouverture de la boutique et il est temps pour moi de dresser un bilan à chaud sur ce petit bout de chemin parcouru. Au départ, il y avait cette vague idée de faire « des trucs marrants pour les bébés », qui a suffisamment plu à mon entourage pour que je décide de la concrétiser. À cette époque, je quittais un CDI dans le petit monde du e-commerce français, une vie tranquille et stable qui aurait pu pleinement me satisfaire. Mais je ressentais un besoin coriace d’indépendance, une envie profonde de créer quelque chose d’un peu plus grand que moi et dont je serai le seul patron.

Alors j’ai lancé Presque Parfait comme ça, en mode « test ». Pour voir ce que ça donnerait et tester grandeur nature mon idée. L’idée était de se lancer le plus vite possible dans la configuration la plus réduite possible (investissement, statuts, budgets, …) et faire mon étude de marché sur le tas. Pour confirmer mes intuitions de départ et poursuivre en durée indéterminée les routes de l’entrepreneuriat ou les infirmer et retourner à ma vie de salarié. Dans tous les cas c’était une bonne expérience, peu risquée et la réalisation d’un rêve un peu fou.

Aujourd’hui, après ces huit mois d’activité de la boutique et même si je reste un éternel angoissé du flot de commandes, je dois reconnaitre que les résultats sont bons et au-delà de mes attentes. Je n’ai pas de recette miracle, pas de conseils à donner mais la marque et les produits ont l’air de plaire. Et c’est à mon sens le plus important pour une boutique en ligne. Alors pour la première fois je me dis que c’est possible, que cette petite marque pour bébés pourrait devenir une vraie société qui subviendrait à nos besoins mois après mois.

Du coup je me prends à rêver sur l’avenir de Presque Parfait avec la volonté d’en faire une marque un peu moins petite et de la faire passer à l’âge adulte. Des réflexions pas si simples pour trouver la bonne direction et passer à la vitesse supérieure en évitant les nombreuses sorties de piste possibles.
